is it bad to eat at night (around 9pm and later). I heard it makes you fatter, so does it? If it is then what's the latest I can eat without having the "getting fat while sleeping" effect.
any info appreciated, thanks

the only thing that makes you gain weight is excess calories.
if you're lifting you need protein in you (casein) while sleeping to rebuild your muscle. i eat FF cottage cheese & natty pb right before my head hits the pillow every night.

I always consume my last meal of the day just before I go to sleep: cottage cheese with natty PB and a chunk of apple.
And I'm cutting right now.

Cottage cheese with a handful of any raw nut is a good one.

All kinds?
Well, just do the CC, and maybe knock back a few fish oil caps.
