View Full Version : How good for you are Landshire sandwhiches?

Now that im working 45+ hours a week, my diet has really suffered. Its hard for me to watch what I eat while working so much. I have been finding myself going to Burger King and Taco Bell more and more. Recently, I stopped at a gas station and bought a couple of these Landshire package sandwhiches that you just throw in the microwave for a few seconds to warm up or eat them cold. Does anyone know if these are good for you or if they are just like any other 'junk' food?

Protein powder in a container, add water, shake, drink. Less time then even ordering at a fastfood place and it can hold you over till you can get some real food.

How hard is it to get some peanuts or a PB and banana sandwich? Seriously?

And I'm guessing that if you bought it at a gas station and it was microwavable it's not at the acme of the "good for you" list....

Deli Sandwhiches aren't so bad, I woudn't eat them everyday. Try a subway? I love subway. Blimpie blows don't go there.

I worked almost 50 hours one week. I still got in all 6 of my planned meals. 3 of them had to be liquid based, but I still got them in.
