I wanna bulk up but i try to keep in really good shape cause i need high stamina for wrestling but would running slow down my muscle gains?

Only if the cardio puts you in a deficit of calories and also the cardio will wear you out and get in the way of lifting if you do it frequently. Space things right and eat.

track your calories during the day and make sure you add onto that whatever you burn off doing cardio unless ure cutting. the main way u will loose muscle is by being in a calorie deficit

always weight train before cardio too. more energy for lifting, then when you go do cardio after, you're low on muscle glycogen, so you should tap into fat stores.
I'd still keep cardio short, and intense.

I am doing 3 days a week HIIT routine on elliptical. And weights 3 times per week with some gains...Usually about 20 min on elliptical...13-15 HIIT style, then just the last bit at a steady pace.

i'm wondering the same thing. the HI would take a LOT of elliptical movement. It doesn't break the machine?

Good question....

First I did it by doing 30 seconds at level 5 ... then 30 sec at level 7.

Now i do level 5...65 RPM - 30 Second.....stay on level 5 - 80 RPM - 30 Second...after about 10 minutes of this I feel like vomiting

hmmm should give that a try the next time i go on the eliptical
