My name is Jackson and I "lived" on the coast of Mississippi until Katrina came and blew away everything. My home was destroyed but surprisingly my weight set was still underneath the remains. I was working out regularily and doing very well until the storm came. Now I'm gonna get back into it. Here's my workout and I'm going to start my journal next week on 9/25.
Here's the workout:

Sunday:
Chest-
bench press 4x8
incline bench 4x8
decline flyes 4x10
flat flyes 4x10
Triceps-
skullcrushers 4x8
incline french press 4x8
straightbar pushdowns 4x10

Monday:
Back-
barbell rows 4x8
weighted pullups 4x8
dumbbell pullovers 4x8 (looking to replace this excersize)
Biceps-
incline dbell curls 4x8
seated hammer curls 4x10
seated concentration curls 4x10
Abs-
hanging leg raises w/dbell 4x10
decline bench situps w/plate 4x10

Wednesday:
Legs-
squats 4x8
leg extensions 4x10
stl deadlifts 4x10
deadlifts 4x8
calf raises 4x10
Shoulders-
dbell side laterals 3x10
dbell front laterals 3x10
arnold presses 4x10
seated military press 4x8
bbell shrugs 4x8
Abs-
hanging leg raises w/dbell 4x10
decline bench situp w/plate 4x10
