Is N Large 2 good? I read that it is a weight gainer with 52g high amount of protein. However, how much carbs does it contain? Is the sugar value high because I don't feel comfortable with too much sugar thus I need to know. How many servings are there anyway?
Thanks! :)

What is the breakdown of it?

89 grams of carbs, I think. 23 are from sugar? The rest is maltodextrin....

maltodextrin is a 7-10 chain glucose polymer so it's essentially sugar but the body must break it apart first. It's GI is around 154-158 from what I remember.
Useful post workout otherwise mix an MRP with oats for extra carbs.

I just bought N Large 2 and it stated that 4 scoops per serving. However, how much water or skim milk must I put for every 4 scoops? Is it 8 oz of water/milk per scoop?

depends how thick you want the shake to be. I'd generally use about a pint of milk per 4 scoops, so you could try that as a starting point. If it's too thin use less, if it's too thick, use more.

if ur more than 12% bf, i dont think there's any need to "bulk" w/ nlarge, but it's good for postworkout, cuz of the carbs, etc.

I've been using it quite a while for post workout. I like it.

Will 12 oz of water/milk for 3 scoops be enough? Cuz I'm afraid too much liquid might reduce the amount of protein/carbs being absorbed.

It works the other way around, using to little liquid will hinder absorbtion not to using to much liquid. Also extra liquid increases the satiety of the drink or feeling of fullness. I mix my MRP's with around 24oz of water and some ice, after mixing they fill the entire blender.
