I already posted my Introduction (http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?t=70638) under the correct introduction forum. I have been searching the diet and nutrition forum, searching for something that applies to me, but I have not been successful.
From everything I have read it seems that many of the diets on the forum suggest to eat 6-10 times a day. Is this necessary? I am friends with Budiak and he swears by it. Mainly I am asking because I work a lot, and don't think I can take time out to eat that much. Also I am not hungry from meal to meal. I mainly eat because it is time to eat, not because I am hungry.
Another question. Where can I find a good online calculator to calculate how many calories I should eat per day?
