Hey, Im Jeremy im 17 yrs old... i want to get into bodybuiding really BIG I've been going for a month and a half.. so I thoght this journal could help me out with some positive and negative intake

Height: 5'11 1/2

Im just recovering from a two week sickness.. my first day back was today.. I lost 13 pounds!!!! (so that makes me currently 136 pounds) :(.. I think mostly in water since I sweated like crazy.. any suggestions for me to help me back up on my feet..

Meal 1- Oatmeal and yogurt
Meal 2- protien shake
Meal 3- Kraft Dinner and grap juice
Meal 4- Yogurt Orange juice
Meal 5- tuna sandwich and protien shake


Didn't eat alot becuase my stomoche shrunk.. almost feel like puking after eating.. need to expand my stomache again
