Low Calorie Diets Can Lower Heart Energy (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/4435046.stm)

Makes sense to me. I'm positively worthless, energy wise, on low carb days.

Everyone is different, though. What IS low carb?

People on low carb diets have less energy. Alert the press!

Yeah yeah, I know. (Warning! Standing in the rain has been linked to getting wet!)

Why it stood out at all to me was the suspected loss of ORGAN energy. Of course that's a reasonable side effect... carbs power everything... but it's a point I hadn't considered.

Ultimately, do you really want your heart to be running on vapors?

carbs power everything?
carbs don't actually power everything

Might want to "Alert the press!" again on this one.

Anyway, the way I see it, which is the only sensible way to see anything, is that unless you're cutting carbs shouldn't be an issue. You have other power sources... and don't worry, I've already alerted the press about that.
