Just wondering what you guys prefer to eat when you don't have time to go home and make a real meal? My personal favorites are:

Arby's Big Montana
590 calories
29g fat
41g carbs
47g protein :)

Subway 6 Inch Steak & Cheese Sub
400 calories
14g fat
48g carbs
24g protein

Hardees BBQ Chicken Sandwich
4g fat
45g carbs
26g protein

I assume the Quiznos Steak Sub is pretty decent for you nutritionally, but they don't post that info on their web site. I'd love some other recommendations because I have about a 9 hour block on most weekdays when I don't have time to come home and have to eat on the go, and protein shakes and beef jerky jsut don't fill me up that well.

I like the chicken pizzas from Papa Johns, either BBQ chicken or chicken alfredo, but the point is that I'm not home. I'm a college student with a nighttime job so my eating time is really limited on the week and even ordering pizza takes too long :(

In all seriousness, if I'm stuck I'll go to a corner shop and grab a pint of milk. But, since this has turned into a food porn thread, I'll take a Double Whopper from HJ's (BK for you yanks) or some awesome kebab from some seedy store whilst in some seedy state of mind, at 3am.

I generally only cheat once during the weekdays, it ranges what I'll eat. If I'm not cheating, I'll get a footlong chicken breast sand from Subway.

Why can't you eat some of these things regularly? If you want to eat something regularly, just make room for it in your diet.

as far as healthy stuff from the traditional fast food joints, i'd say wendy's chili and baked potato and whatever that unbreaded chicken sandwhich is are a good combo.

Mickey D's Double Quater Pounder.

2500+Kj, roughly 600 cals. 53 grams protein, 24 grams fat. 4 of them.

Because a lot of it has well over 1,000 calories and I'm aiming for around 2,000 a day. I don't think I could shave my other meals down to 200 cals each without going to bed starving.

What is this Chipotle place you've been talking about? We have a place here called Moes. It's awesome and the best thing from there is the Joey Bag of Donuts burrito. Get it with steak, black beans, rice, lettuce, extra salsa, cheese, cilantro, and jalapenos. Yum!

I'll take all the above.. plus a Moose Tracks Sundae w/Hot Fudge, real whip cream and some dark chocolate shavings on top...

And it's not cheating.. but creative consumption allowances..

Fries, cheese on top of them, relish and sauce on top of that. I like it because it doubles the caloric content of the fries.

haha the chicken is delish man...chicken is my favorite meat to eat anyway so put it on a grill and slap some on my burrito...i may have to try carnitas next time i go cuz i love spicy stuff, but i start sweating too easily to be seen out in public eating it (i release all my heat through my head, cuz my body stays cool and non sweaty during this whole process)

i dont even have to eat spicy food to sweat... my body is weird, it's as if a few minutes after I eat my body starts radiating heat... and if I eat a lot i will really start to sweat.
