O and btw my weight is 125lbs I'm 5'4" I've been lifting since October? i think ruffly my goal is to get up to 145lbs of lean mass and be somewhat impressive

Welcome. Make sure you get your diet in order. Truckloads of calories are needed to gain weight. :thumbup:

Went early today, took a few hours out of school and went to the gym.I got my bf% messured, its 9.7%

225 x 2 x 5 1 set 5th rep went below vertical and fell got pissed and put it up for another 5 :-) proves to people and my self i can squat well over 200

your doing way too many different exercises in one day. You have chest, back, and legs all in the same day. Split those up into three separate days and start eating a lot more than you do now.

i made up a new routine its a 3 week thing Chest Legs Shoulders Back

i try eatin as much as possible family is low on cash but I'll try thanks for the comment appreciate it :-) looking a for a job to support my tummy and hobbies

Been a while

my dedaction for lifting has gone a little but a new year is just aorund the corner, and new goals await me. I will begin to repost my workout as of tomorrow, how long my posts will continue I'm not sure. Only time will tell

both of us man, you havent seen him but hes put on a good 15 lbs of muscle since he started a year ago with me!

i was like, 14-15 years old, he was 15-16 i cant remember.

Ill give you the same advice I give everyone on pics... use static backgrounds if you can and use the same distance from the camera with roughly the same lighting.

Your very strong for your weight, and very lean. EAT SON!

well been lifting in the school gym stupid school routine but theres a lift meet comming up andi was going to enter till i went to golds gym today with rob and messed up my back on a EASY! 205 squat:-( so im gonna feel that one in the morning bench 135x5 (2second pause) x 2 155 x 5 (pause) 175 x 1 (pause) 185 x 1 (pause)
