I am currently looking to cut/maintain or lose a little while not entering a full cut. I entered my diet into fitday.com and got

Total fat 50g
Total Carbs 227g
Total Protein 185g
Total Cals 1991

This is what i've been eating. As you can see i'm a mess. Not enough cals, fats, too many carbs and protein. Somebody tell me some food I could easily get at a college dining hall that could fix this problem, I'm really lost here.

What can i add that has fat and no carbs and about 300 calories. Is it bad to eat cheeseburgers in this slot? chicken fingers? what should i eat.

What are your stats? If you're male and more than 130, that certainly looks like a full cut to me.
