Last set of pictures I posted up in november after an overzealous bulk. :) The collective opinion was to cut, so I cut...well, more of a recomp. Current weight is 214...bodyfat I'd guess to be around 12% what do you guys think? I know they're a bit blurry, and I need to bring the arms up. ;(

Forearms suck. ;( Any advice on getting them to grow? They've always been an issue for me.

well you Deadlift, that's the big one. Pull-ups? Forearms Curls.... Reverse Curls... those 4 are the ones that made my veins start poppin. i kept a dumbbell by the couch for a while and just did wrist rollers on top of my knee 3x a week, it helps. forearms heal really quick, like calves.

Almost 6'1.

My grip is fine, but my forearms have always been pretty pathetic. I do a lot of static gripping type stuff (pullups, deadlifts, shrugs, etc.), but not a lot of direct forearm work. I'll start incorporating some and see how it works.

I'm in exactly the same boat, 6ft 1" and skinny as fook forearms.

To be fair though your body is far more impressive than mine.
Just for the time being, i'll catch you all up in the end!

forearms naturally develop with heavy pulling exercises. don't use wraps unless its toward the end of your workout and you can't finnish with out them.
some people like to do wrist curls and reverse wrist curls but I never have

screw it, small forearms just make your biceps look bigger :)

:withstupi

Forearms get bigger as your back and arms get bigger, isolation exercises are pretty worthless for them

Essentially all I do are compound lifts. I'm actually looking to be doing a powerlifting meet in the next year here.
