Figured I'd start a thread in the new forum as a database of the members who routinely use GPP based workouts. Feel free to add yours into the mix, but please only add your journal if you use GPP workouts on a regular basis. I figured this would give people interested a view of how some of the members who are into grappling, sports etc etc, train.

Doing CF twice a week right now. Interested in getting involved in some form of martial arts over the summer. I've got a friend that trains. Think he's into tai kwon do or judo. Not completely sure. He was suppose to be in a kickboxing tourny two weekends ago but got a concussion the week before while training. But I'm gonna possibly go with him over the summer. Really starting to get interested in this type of stuff though.

Today I officially changed from my BGB split to a Crossfit blend - serious weights on Sundays, a three-day XFit WOD sequence Tues-Thurs, and a race, other cardio WO, or XFit-type workout on Saturdays (I'll be doing the Broomstick Mile this Saturday).

It's in the journal. (look down)
