well one of my buddys is on susp. right now, but it looks as hes sucked all the water out of the bottle! can he inject some sort of water in there so he can draw the suspension out? hes running a 25gauge needle, which should be fine, but hes sucked the water right out of it, and it looks like damp baking soda stuck to the top of the bottle

if he can put water back in, is there a special water he should use? and how much would be a good idea? 2cc's or so? i think hes about half done the bottle(10ml) and theres a good deal of suspension in there, just no liquid.

i told him he should probably switch to a 21-23 gauge needle if he continues so he doesnt run into this again

depends on what he's got. hell, you can use a slin pin with micronized suspension.

im going to tell him to go 21gauge, but is distilled water what he should put in the bottle so he can actually draw it into the syringe or is that a bad idea. right now what he has is useless, he wont get it into any size pin, it needs to be watered down.

probably shouldn't use distilled water. you need something sterile, get some bacteriostatic water.

Definitely use sterile water such as bacteriostatic water.

the risk of what? nothing has become unsterile.

Yeah, there is no reason to throw it away. Add some more liquid and get a larger pin seeing as he's having issues with the 25g.

he is gonna get needles tomorrow, he said 23 but i think he would be better off 21, any reason 23 wouldnt work for him or should i tell him 21(yeah hes a pansy with needles, he cant even look at them:soapbox: )

just depends. i've heard of suspension clogging 23 gauge needles. he might have to go 21. better get some 18 gauge just to be safe, lol.

If he's scared of needles I don't think he'll be too accepting of a 21 gauge. He might as well cook it up and add 3 percent polysorbate 80 and keep using baby pins.

1) Draw with the big needle.

2) Take it off

3) Screw on a small needle
