sounds good?
or boost the protein and cut back on the carbs a bit... any ideas?
example: i weight 170, im working to get rid of all my fat, say i ddi it...now i want to maintain myself at this weight... w/o adding bodyfat.
Seems like way too many carbs and not enough protein to maintain.. What I use to maintain is 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carbs. To switch things up, once I get to my ideal body fat, I'm going to try 33%, 33%, 33% to see what happens, but kind of skeptical b/c I don't think I'll be getting enough protein..
