Hey every one

Just a quick question I am thinking of buying some grounded liver tabs, after doing a little bit of "research"[which translates to reading a few articles]..

Problem is I don't want to go overboard in supplements, I take three as it is, although only two consistently[ie. at scheduled intervals each day].

I've been on multi vitamins the longest, more recently creatine and occasionally whey if it's needed.

I take a one-a-day, 50 grams of whey in the morning with breakfast and 5 grams of creatine daily, and 10 gram on workout day[5 gram before, 5 gram after..]

So what do you think?

I think you would be better of with fish oil or cod liver oil.

[5 gram before, 5 gram after..]

You only need 5g total, even on workout days. (2.5 pre/2.5 post)

See, that was what I was thinking. I had this image of it sitting there with a multimeter and a strap connected to the counter ...
