This is quite vital, as bulking season comes into full swing, I have a problem. In the spring, I do track, more specifically, pole vault. This demands that I doa lot of sprinting in the off season to make myself very much faster. However, this could be detrimental to my bulking. Am I confusing myself, or is there some way i can get myself around this? Please, i need a lot of input on this. Pole vaulting is very important to me, more than bulking, but i would not like to weaken either area if I can avoid it. Thanks for anything you guys (and girls) can add.
