HEy hows everyone doing. First id like to start off with a little about myself, my names travis im 18, im 6 foot tall and 170 pounds. Im a mma fighter who trains in Boxing,muay thai kickboxing, wrestling, submission grappling, brazilian jiu jitsu. Ive beaten up some people way stronger then me but feel if i were stronger that i would increase my performance in fights. I feel olympic still weight liftin would be perfect for my training becasue mma fighting uses every muscle in the human body. I also cant seem to find any websites were i can see in pictures how the routines anre performed and what muscles im using. Any tips or advice would be great, Thankyou and have a nice day.
