I was just curious lets just say for protein sources I only had milk, egg whites, cottage cheese, canned tuna, and protein powder is that sufficient? Alot of weeks I'm soo busy I have no time or motivation to cook a bunch of chicken.
Just wondering if I'm hurting myself. Sometimes I'm just so busy with everything going on I dont have time to make a bunch of chicken.
