Well I might as well start this thing.
Im 5'10-11, 173 pounds, 15% bf (according to you guys)

I was 170 pounds of fat 2 years ago. Lost it all and went down to 145 this summer. I than ate a **** load and came up to where I am now at around 173. I will continue to eat more until I wont be called weak.
Heres are my numbers (im currently on WBB1)
DL- 175- 2 sets of 8 (going up fast as hell)
Squat- 145 2 sets of 7 (started with the bar 2 monthes ago!)
Flat bench- 135 2 sets of 7 (Quite pathetic for my weight I know)
Incline dumbbells- 50 per arm, 2 sets of 7
Fly (machine)- 165 2 sets of 8
Decline- 125 2 sets of 7 (im not really comfortable on this yet, I dont know why)
Barbell row- 115 2 sets of 7
Currently doing slow negatives for chin ups
Traps- 145 2 sets of 7
Hack squats (not machine)- 115 2 sets of 8
Romanian deadlift- 145 2 sets of 6
Standing calf raises- I do 10 reps of the whole stack
Standing shoulder barbell press- 95 2 sets of 7
Sitting dumbell shoulder press- 45 in each arm, 2 sets of 6
Lateral raises- 15 pounds in each hand, 2 sets of 8
close grip bench- 105 2 sets of 6
skull crushers- 45 barbell, 2 sets of 6
dips- With 30 pounds of assistance, I cna do 2 sets of 8 (not far from my own body weight!)
Bicep curls- 70 barbell, 2 sets of 7
Hammer curls- 25 pounds in each hand, 2 sets of 8
Theres nothing worse than being big and weak.
Goals
Just get *****ING stronger. Im sick of being weak.
