Between the fat burning powders, supplements, and drinks are any of those good and do the job? or do they just kill your heart? Do you guys recommend any.... I am 17 and have seen gains in every part except for losing overall fat, and besides that I'd definitely look better with less body fat (who wouldn't?). I really do not eat a lot during the day, calorie wise. I just want a flat gut. I don't necessarily need the 6 pack, but it looks bad when i have the nice shoulders and bi's and tri's and chest and legs, but that gut buldging a little. Is this a good idea or am I just looking for the easy way out?

Some fat burners are great, but they are not necessary. They won't kill your heart.
At 17 you should have plenty of test to drive you through without them, however. Just workout hard, watch what you eat, and enjoy being 17.

I stand by my original advice for you.
I can't think of a single drink that's worth 2 ****s.
If you are hell-bent on using something, ephedrine hcl (25mg) + caffeine (200mg) every four hours is the most consistent fat burner you will find. There are plenty of other products out there, but e+c is tried and true.
