i am curious how much protein you guys take in on a daily average? whether you are a natty or not.......but if you are a natty please say so when you post how much protein you take in a day....and if you are "on" please say so when you post how much protein you take in a day

right now i am on and i try to take in around 300g-400g of protein a day......

312g protein per day.

Not all complete, however. I'd say an estimation of complete protein would be about 250g.

300-400 while off, like now, 600-700 starting may 6th, hittin the next cycle hard b4 this damn show...

Right now 360 !!!!!

However it is not planned to keep it at that amount for any lenght of time. I am increasing my carbs, but am doing so slowly so as they increase the protein will drop.....

I remember when it I used to think it was hard to get in anything like 200 even ! Its easy really you just gotta plan :)

Sometimes I think I will start to sprout feathers I eat so much turkey !

you natty's are taking in the same amount if not more than i am right now.......i will have to sit down tonight and go over some numbers to see if i should up my protein intake while i am on.....

damn i see a lot of 300 pluses and i dont think all of you are 300lbs soooooooo, i take it that you take in 1.5g of protein per lb, which is cool - how much of that do you guys take from protein shakes?

would it be crazy to take TWO servings of nlarge afterworking out??? 100g protein, 160carbs, like 1,500 calories

I weigh 146 and take in around 250 g of pro/day
(2 servings MRP + 2 servings of whey + food)

Triple P I wuold not take twice an nlarge.. Thats a lot fo calories. (1200 ? ?)

I can easily get 300 from all food.......

The amount depends on my diet.

keto diet, 190-215

Normal fat loss diet, 250-300

Maint diet, 250-300

Bulking, 300+

Current BW is 205.

45g from 1 MRP shake, the rest from whole food.

I weigh 200 lbs.

225 grams, bulking, all from real food, some junk...I weigh about 215-220

I step it up about 100 grams, when dieting ,as well as drinking an extra gallon of water, and more calcium.

It still confuses me why 150lb teenagers are taking so much protein....(cackerot is exempt, we've had this argument enough, lol),

But frankster, c'mon, 400 grams? And only counting complete sources? You should worry less about protein #, and more about loads of cals like pasta, whole milk, whole eggs, red meat, a loaf of bread every day, etc....And yes, eat your BK/ McDonalds, and ice cream

BTW, How many grams are you going to eat when it's time to diet?

BTW, me and IB were just posting yesterday about mixing a can of tuna, with a box of mac and cheese...good meal idea for those that haven't tried it...

I believe i should shock my body by with a lot of protein once in a while, notice i wrote: '' hitting 400 very rarely'''? i should have specified i guess, that means about once every 3 weeks. And also i should have wrote 180g as my lowest... again hitting this very rarely, but for about 3 days every month. I believe we should vary protein intake like this. And i too am in a bulk up right now, so i do eat the things you enumarated once in a while. Lots of red meat. Yum.
I gained ten pouns in a month. so i guess my bulk up isnt going that bad. :)
Thanks for the advice, seriously, makes me realize that i should maybe eat even more :D

Ya, I try to consume 5000 calories every day ... I have my ups and downs, but my consistency is getting MUCH better. I might actually gain some weight soon!

My protein intake is at least 215-220g but never any higher than 230g although I could go higher pretty easily. Right now I'm recovering from illness so my nutrition might be a bit off but today I'm totally getting back in the game
