i just finished a slow cut, 225 to 200 in like 4 months.
i'm going to bulk again, should i do it slow? or just eat everything in sight starting now?

im my personal opnion why gain alot of extra fat ...so slow would be my opnion...I would say to keep high protien level raise good carbs and still limit bad carbs

so you get enough calories to help gain muscle and you dont gain as much fat
if you have a specific question I could probably answer better
