Would it be alright to eat a protein bar in the morning? I dont have much time. Instead of eggs or oatmeal?

How many calories is it? You're going to need more than like 150 to get you going in the morning.

Make a protein shake the night before and store it in the fridge in a water bottle. When I say protein shake, I dont mean 1 scoop of whey and water. I mean the big shakes that have PB, oatmeal, milk, yogurt, fruits etc...That should do you well if your in a rush. You can drink it on your way in the morning.

I just throw 4 scoops of nitrean in a shaker with a tablespoon of flax oil. Close to 500 calories and 100gm of protein or therabouts... for big results you could go with an MRP, with milk, a banana, flax oil, but then you are getting into dirty blender territory.

Get 5 eggs, mix them with oats in a micro wave container (just a 1/4 cup), add a little milk and micro wave for 2 minutes and stick it in a wrap style bread. This can be prepared in 20 seconds, It is your new ritual.

i like grinding up oatmeal in the blender, then adding protein mix, olive oil, nat pb, and whatever. mmmmm.....

...and drink a crap-load of water over the 2 hours after that.
