Well, well lads. I'm going to keep it short and sweet.
Basically this is my second attempt at a journal. The last one went very well until I went back to college last Semester (September 06) and started going on the sauce again. Went from struggling all summer and gaining 15lbs to losing it in over a few months from not lifting/bad eating.
I've started lifting again recently and trying to cut down the boozing. It's a hard life being a student ya know :p
I also hurt my back doing deads a few months ago so I haven't been able to train deads as hard as I used to. Have changed my routine to revolve around mostly squatting and benching along with other compound movements like Military press, weighted chins, rows, etc.
22 years old
Today: January 24th 2007
Stats: 6' 5" - 191lbs (this morning)
Bench: 125kg max
Deadlift: 180kg (when last lifted)
Squats: 110kg x 5 (weak)
Short-Term Goals: April 1st 2007
Stats: 6'5" - 205lbs
Bench: 140kg max (wishful thinking, I know)
Deadlift: 200kg
Squats: 130kg x 5
Wish me luck guys, it's going to be real tough. I have a lot of work to catch up on in college but I'm going to spend every spare minute eating and training and TRYING to abstain from the sauce and going out on benders.
