3)Flank Steak

5)Top Sirloin

what other cuts of lean cuts of steak on good to eat,once a week? when leaning?

The top three, 3&4 are the same are tough as leather unless they are marinated or cooked in a slow cooker. Top sirloin not to be confused with sirloin tip is a nice tender steak. T-bone and rib steak are my favorites, not as lean but fat in moderation is good for you.

London broil is usually top round or flank steak that is done in a special marinade so therefore it should be good and tender.
