Muscle milk has a lot more fat in it than Syntha 6. I was wondering what the pros and cons where of both and if I would be better off to use a protein with less fat? Thanks

It is irrelevant. Take whatever you want, just realize that fat contains more calories and then take that into account when designing your diet...whether you're bulking or cutting. Depending on what type the protein source is and how quickly or slowly it is digested also play into the equation, but that too is also irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.
Just enjoy your protein powder and don't sweat the small stuff. Just make sure your diet as a whole is in order.
