If I go on a diet of eating 2 pieces of grilled chicken 2-3 times a day as my meals. Will that be a working diet? How much weight can i lose? I work out once a day around dinner time.

even tho you told us nothing about us im almost positive you will lose weight doing that- but thats not a good way to diet- how much do you weigh? whats your estimated bodyfat? whats your "workout"? and what are your goals?

without knowing anything else I'm going to go ahead and say NO

you still need healthy fats and fruits/veggies to ensure you're getting everything your body needs

but I do agree that we need more info.

height, weight, bf% ?

well im 18yrs old, weight 225 and am about 6'4. I dont know my body fat % but i think its around 20% give or take. I cant eat vegetables they make me gag have for years, but i usually have a smoothie for fruits. Workout usually contains lifting of whatever muscle group, either bicycle for 15-20 mins or an hr or 2 of basketball. Im looking to lose as much weight as possible, I would like to become slimmer.

okay well first thing first - eat veggies no matter what you think of them if you eat them enough eventually you will get used ot them and maybe begin to like them - try everythign maybe there somthing out there you over looked try em raw tey em cooked try em with different seasonings - they cant all make you gag

Well its kind of hard seeing how i don't make food at college but a lot make me gag. besides that fact how much weight can i expect to lose?
