Ditch the glutamine, keep the fish oil and the multi, and eat more food. Seriously. You don't get size from a pill or a needle.

Glutamine is part of the amino acid profile of whey. It's fine, just don't bother supplementing with it.

You wanna grow - okay. How many calories do you eat every day? How many grams of protein, carb and fat?

i dont really keep track of my food intake but i would say around 2500 calories, 150g of protein, and have no clue on carbs and fat

Okay. This is gonna be SO easy.

www.fitday.com and track everything. Your protein is minimally sufficient, so just eat more of everything. Get your calories up to 3000 a day.

There's your muscle-gain. I know it sounds too bloody simple, and I know the supplement companies do NOT want you to know this, but the magic trick is food. If eating more is going to be a problem, get a good protein powder (Nitrean for example) and make a few shakes part of your day.

I'll look forward to your shocked expression of delight as you start packing on the mass.
