View Full Version : Help with a routine Im working on

I am kind of putting a workout together of my own, because ones I find online I dont really like. Here is what I have so far. I need something for a 4th day since I lift 4 days a week. Maybe I shouldnt lift 4 days maybe I should group some of them together better Im not really sure. Im fairly new to lifting.

Also another question. Does anyone else have a back really hurt after doing dead lifts? I have since quit doing it since it hurts for a few days afterwards, but I talk to a lot of people say its a good exercise.

3 Sets 10 reps each

BLK's Workout
Day 1
Military Press
Behind Neck Raises

Day 2
Leg Extension
Leg Curl

Day 3
Dead Lift
Lat pulldown
Bench Press
Rope Pull Downs

Day 4
