Wow!
what a great thing! last night I made up some tuna burgers just with some egg, lotsa tuna lotsa garlic. Put them on the trusty Lean Mean Grillin Machine.
They kick $%# !!!
During a cutting phase anything that can really knock my socks off is worth noting:p

You can give it an Indian kick by adding some curry powder and diced onions.

I will try that for sure!!!
Thanks
add any flavours you want, tuna goes with most flavours as it can be fairly bland. If you have plain yoghurt it may work as well.
When I diet later on it the year i will use them quite a lot.
I have also done this will corned beef and beef mince instead of tuna as well.
Try any meat/fish thats easy to mix.

Man, I've never tried that but it sounds good so I think that I will. I've never been a fan of tuna but you guys say it taste great with alittle doctoring up so what the hell.
I have not fried or grilled it. I think the tuna will break up with frying.
But grilling should be okay as long as your gentle.

tuna does break up when you fry it. I have tried it, I put egg whites in the tuna mix to help keep it coagulated but they kinda fell apart. I didn't use oil though, I wonder if that would help it any? Reminds of when I tried making salmon patties of should I say salmon crumbs.

Might try turkey burgers as well.
I have used turkey. Get some mince as a bit of salt mixed in helps keep it together.
If you have a blender you can chop it, if you prefer finer burger to course ones.
