Hey everybody. I'm 5'7", 160 lbs, 19% BF. (from 189 lbs and 30% BF in February). In the last couple of months I have fallen in to a routine of eating almost the exact same thing 7 days a week. I look forward to every thing I eat and I'm almost never hungry when I eat this way. After two months I'm still not bored with my diet, so I thought I would post and get some opinions.
